Six-Week Course

This Virtual Crisis Communications Course includes six learning modules, with each released weekly over six weeks. These include video, presentations, downloadable tools, reading assignments and skill-building exercises. You'll also test your mettle, practicing interview techniques in front of an audience in a safe, constructive environment with virtual simulations in three live group sessions.
